Set on the edge of Utah Lake, this home was prepared as an investment property for corporate rentals and Airbnb. The interior stays bright and airy: soft whites, light wood, blue and cognac accents, and sheer curtains that keep the water views at the center of every room.

The backyard started as bare, compacted dirt. It was xeriscaped into a usable, serene outdoor space, with gravel paths, stone planters and water-wise planting that looks good year-round without asking much of the owner or the guests.
