Photo-day prep checklist
Photos are the first showing. Work through this list in the days before your photographer arrives.
The day before
- Clean windows, mirrors and glass
- Replace mismatched or burnt-out bulbs
- Clear counters, fridge fronts and bathroom surfaces
- Mow, edge and sweep the entry
Photo morning
- Every light on, blinds open to the same height
- Beds made with smooth, simple bedding
- Cords, remotes, bins and pet items out of sight
- Cars off the driveway and street frontage
