A ten-minute routine to run before each showing, so the home presents consistently from the first visit to the last.
Before you leave
- Lights on in every room, blinds open
- Beds made and counters cleared
- Dishes away, trash taken out
- Toilet lids down, towels straightened
- Thermostat set to a comfortable temperature
Outside
- Walkway clear
- Porch light on for evening showings
- Cars moved from the driveway where possible
Pets and valuables
- Pets out of the home or secured
- Medications, valuables and paperwork put away
